After consulting for large system integrators, I saw a widening gap between global demand for AI fluency and the opportunity extended to local talent. Projects were staffed with rotating contractors, decision making was distant, and communities like Lahore or Islamabad were treated as low-cost satellite offices rather than innovation hubs. I launched Synexify to prove there is a better model. We recruit the top 3% of engineers from Pakistan, pair them with battle-tested playbooks, and give them direct ownership over high-impact programs.
